Step 1:

Step 2:
When you finish shopping, go to your “shopping bag” (order page) and look for the box that says “Questions and/or comments.” Type this code into the “Questions and/or comments” box: Deduct my shipping and handling charges!
Step 3:
Continue through the check out process and make sure your name, address, contact information and product selection are complete and correct at the time you place your order.
Important: Automatic email receipts for all orders will show normal shipping and handling charges. Don't worry. When we receive your order, we will manually deduct your shipping and handling charges and send you another email to let you know your new total. Your credit card will not be charged until your order is completely processed and ready to ship.
